At Emenaura, we ship both within India and internationally, bringing our premium home textiles to customers across the globe.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery and other reliable services.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges for orders below ₹2,000 or COD orders will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to international destinations including the Middle East and other regions.
- International delivery timelines vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- COD is not available for international orders.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Emenaura is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we request customers to allow additional time before contacting support.
