Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • At Emenaura, customer satisfaction is important to us.
  • We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive an item that is missing, damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
  • Any return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery of the product.
  • To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Opening Video Mandatory for Damage Claims

    To ensure a smooth and fair resolution, we request all customers to record a clear, continuous opening video while unboxing the parcel.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • In case of approved returns, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability and the situation.
  • Certain items such as sale items, customized products, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Emenaura is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

    To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email with your order number.

    Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
