Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Emenaura, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please write to us at care@emenaura.com/contact.emenaura@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. A formal return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days:
- Prepaid orders — refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders — refunded as store credit or bank transfer (NEFT), as per your preference
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and the situation.
Return Address: Please contact us at care@emenaura.com once your return is approved, and our team will share the complete return address and instructions via email.
International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Certain items such as sale items, customized products, or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Emenaura is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at care@emenaura.com with your order number. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
